Now streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Pocketcasts, & wherever you get your podcasts.
Why do some people age like depleted versions of their former selves while some age like badass mothers? Irreverent, provocative, engaging, and entertaining, Age Like a Badass Mother is the ANTI Anti-Aging podcast.
With guests who were "influencers" before that was even a thing, Lisa Rice and Lauren Bernick are learning from the OGs and flipping the script about growing older.

Lauren Bernick

Lauren Bernick became an inadvertent health advocate when she was diagnosed with coronary artery disease in 2015. She was able to reverse her heart disease (evidenced by extensive testing, including the Cleveland Heart Lab panel), lower her blood pressure, and lose 20 pounds without medication by following a whole-food, plant-based diet without oil. Now, she helps others do the same.

Lauren is a CNS Plant-based Nutrition Certificate Professional from the T. Colin Campbell Institute. She has had an article and recipes published in Health Science Magazine, has spoken at various conferences including a large wellness conference for pharmacists and the Holistic Lifestyle Expo, hosts a monthly cooking show on Chef AJ’s YouTube channel, and interviews many plant-based luminaries on the Plant-based Nutrition Support Group’s streaming platform.

In her younger years, Lauren did a lot of acting and improv, and in her late thirties and early forties, conquered stand-up comedy. She was in the semi-finals of Roseanne Barr’s Funniest Mom in America Contest on Nickelodeon. Lauren met her husband, Andy when she was 15 years old and fell in love with him at first sight, and still loves him beyond measure. Together, they have made three awesome humans.
